Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, urged the Iranian people to "maintain their unity," emphasizing that "Iran is resilient and will not abandon its principles."
In a speech addressing what he called "terrorist actions" in the country, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to state television, accused the United States of having "hands stained with the blood of thousands of Iranians in the 12-day war." He emphasized that "Iran will not yield to agents working in the interests of foreign powers, and will not tolerate mercenaries serving foreign interests."
The Iranian capital Tehran (AFP).
Khamenei added, "There are some rioters who wish to please Trump by vandalizing public property," addressing U.S. President Donald Trump directly: "The arrogant Trump is bound to fall… he should focus on his own country’s problems."
