According to a military statement, the Iranian missiles forced the aircraft carrier stationed in the Gulf region to change its position.

The commander of the Iranian Army’s naval force, Admiral Shahram Irani, said in the statement that the movements of this aircraft carrier are being continuously monitored, and once this hostile fleet enters the range of our missile systems, it will become a target for powerful strikes by the Iranian Navy.

The US aircraft carrier, the largest in the world, returned on Monday to a naval base on the Greek island of Crete, according to a photographer from Agence France-Presse, after taking part in the attack on Iran.

The USS Gerald R. Ford had been participating, alongside the USS Abraham Lincoln, in the attack launched by the United States and Israel on Iran on February 28.
