Israeli forces fire smoke bombs at civilians, carry out multiple incursions in southern Syria
The Israeli army reportedly fired smoke bombs at children and women collecting mushrooms between the villages of Al-Adnaniyah and Al-Rwihinah in northern Al-Quneitra.
A correspondent from the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that the force, consisting of two vehicles fired smoke bombs at children and women while they were collecting mushrooms between the two villages.
Yesterday, Israeli forces infiltrated several areas in the northern and southern countryside of Al Quneitra and detained two young men for hours before releasing them.

Incursion in Daraa countryside
In a separate incident, SANA reported that the Israeli army arrested two young men following an incursion into the town of Jamla in the Daraa countryside, southern Syria.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that, early today, a new Israeli patrol, consisting of six military vehicles, carried out an incursion into western Daraa countryside.
According to reports, a patrol raided a house in the town of Jamla and arrested a young man for unknown reasons, taking him to an undisclosed location.
This incursion has raised concerns among local residents, amid repeated Israeli violations and coinciding with official silence, according to the Syrian Observatory.
The Observatory also reported that Israeli forces fired flares around the village of Jubata al-Khashab and the city of Al-Quneitra, while unmanned aircraft patrolled the village’s skies. This coincided with the incursion of six Israeli military vehicles into the village of Taranjah, where two checkpoints were set up.
Israel continues its aggressive policies and violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement by infiltrating southern Syria and assaulting citizens. Syria continues to demand Israel’s withdrawal from its territory, asserting that all actions taken in southern Syria are null and void and hold no legal standing under international law. It urges the international community to fulfill its responsibilities and take measures to prevent the occupation’s practices.
