The participants affirmed that these attacks cannot be justified under any excuse or in any form and emphasized the right of states to defend themselves in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.

They called on Iran to immediately stop its attacks, respect international law and international humanitarian law, and uphold the principles of good neighborliness as a first step toward ending escalation, achieving security and stability in the region, and using diplomacy as a means to resolve crises.

They stressed that the future of relations with Iran depends on respecting the sovereignty of states, refraining from interfering in their internal affairs, not violating their sovereignty or territories in any form, and not using military capabilities or developments to threaten regional countries.

The participants underlined the need for Iran to implement United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817 (2026), immediately cease all attacks, refrain from any provocative acts or threats toward neighboring states, stop supporting, funding, and arming militias in Arab countries that serve its own goals against the interests of these states, and avoid any actions or threats aimed at disrupting international navigation in the Strait of Hormuz or threatening maritime security in the Bab el-Mandeb.

They reiterated their support for the security, stability, and territorial unity of Lebanon, the full exercise of Lebanese state sovereignty over all its territories, and the Lebanese government’s decision to keep weapons exclusively under state control. They also condemned Israel’s aggression against Lebanon and its expansionist policies in the region.

The participants renewed their determination to continue intensive consultations and coordination on this matter, monitor developments, and assess updates to ensure the formulation of joint positions and take any necessary legal measures to protect their security, stability, and sovereignty, and to stop Iran’s criminal attacks on their territories.
